We are looking for a highly skilled and customer-focused Service Technician to diagnose electrical issues, present solutions, and provide exceptional service to our clients. In this role, you aren't just turning wrenches; you are the face of Direct Electric Company. You will be responsible for troubleshooting residential and commercial electrical systems, educating customers on their options, and closing sales on necessary repairs and upgrades.

What you’ll do:

• Respond to service calls and accurately diagnose electrical issues.
• Clearly communicate with customers, providing upfront pricing and options for repairs or upgrade.
• Perform high-quality electrical repairs and maintenance.
• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and build lasting client relationships.

• Strong technical background in electrical troubleshooting.

2. Installation Technician (Electrician)

We are seeking an experienced Installation Technician to handle the hands-on execution of our electrical projects. From panel upgrades and rewiring to lighting installations and new circuits, you will be responsible for ensuring our jobs are completed safely, up to code, and to our high standards of quality.

What you’ll do:

• Execute electrical installations for residential and/or commercial projects.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams.
• Ensure all work complies with the National Electrical Code (NEC) and local regulations.
• Mentor and guide electrical apprentices on the job site.

What we’re looking for:

• Proven experience as an electrician with a strong understanding of electrical systems and codes.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team to meet project deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to safety.

3. Electrical Apprentice

Are you ready to start a rewarding career in the electrical trade? We are hiring hard-working and eager-to-learn Electrical Apprentices to support our licensed technicians. You will get hands-on experience, learn the National Electrical Code, and develop the skills necessary to become a fully qualified electrician.

What you’ll do:

• Assist lead electricians with installations, repairs, and maintenance.
• Handle materials, pull wire, and prepare job sites.
• Keep work vehicles and job sites clean, safe, and organized.
• Actively learn the trade and follow all safety protocols.

• A strong work ethic and a genuine desire to learn the electrical trade.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and experience using hand/power tools.
• Reliable, punctual, and physically capable of performing the demands of the job.
